During January, February and March, we launch a campaign for the early detection of Leishmaniosis, for only 30€ visit + blood tests.
During the first trimester of the year is the right time to do the test and also once the results are known to establish the means of protection for spring and summer, which is when there are more sandfly (mosquito that transmits this disease).
We recommend doing a blood test to the dog once a year to confirm that it is healthy and thus renew the means of protection against leishmaniasis. This is a disease whose clinical signs tend to develop slowly and progressively, sometimes over months or even several years, so early detection is very important
